Operational Management:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

Team Supervision & Leadership:

• Manage and oversee staff performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g., DOLE, BIR, DTI, and other local agencies).
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Customer Service & Client Relations:

• Address customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet business goals.

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and business regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
