  • Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)).

  • Experience with IT helpdesk software or ticketing systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace) and mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
