Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients who have already booked their move. Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers about moving insurance, provide quotes, and assist them in completing the online booking process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to clients who have booked a move.
  • Educate and provide moving insurance quotes based on customer needs.
  • Assist clients—especially those who are not tech-savvy—in completing their insurance purchase online.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
  • Address client questions and objections with clarity and professionalism.
  • Accurately record client interactions and follow compliance guidelines.
  • Contribute to team sales goals and continuously improve conversion rates.

Requisito

  • Experience in sales or customer service (preferably phone-based).
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Patience and adaptability when assisting less tech-savvy clients.
  • Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and call systems is a plus.
