Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions: Office environment, with a possible rotation of shifts and call handling responsibilities.
Qualities and Traits: Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively, and demonstrate patience and empathy towards customers.
