Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role at InfoPro Business Solutions, based in Rockwell Sheridan with the flexibility for some work from home. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction on a day-to-day basis. Experience on cybersecurity solution sales is a huge plus.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in account management and business development
• Knowledge of finance and accounting services
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in solution sales for tech and services is preferred
