Descrição:
- Inbound
- handles US customers
- BPO or call center set upset up
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, billing statements, and official receipts
- Encode and monitor accounts and receivable
- Maintain and update the general ledger and financial databases
- Prepare reports using QuickBooks
- Assist in Sales Tax documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized accounting files and financial records
- Coordinate with clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
Requisito
- Can speak fluent English with American accent
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
- Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in BPO accounting or finance roles
- Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- can handle shifting schedules
