Descrição:
- Provide technical assistance and support for products post-sale.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist in product troubleshooting and offer solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team for complex issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in after-sales technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and proactive in problem-solving.
