  • Responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products.
  • Ensure product quality and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with selections.
  • Knowledge of various cuts of meat and cooking techniques required.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a butcher training program is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in meat preparation or kitchen roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in meat cutting techniques, knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, exposure to cold temperatures.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills.
  • Willing to trained in Yakal, Makati for 1 month
