Descrição:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product support.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Achieve daily performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, financial literacy, effective account management, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requiring multitasking and focus.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
