  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or business is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CRM software, strong verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office setting with potential for long hours on the phone.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a team player.
