As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Good communication and listening skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Education: At least High School or Senior High School Graduate.
- Experience: No experience required (training will be provided)
- Basic computer literacy
