The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures quality service and cleanliness by overseeing staff, conducting regular inspections, addressing complaints, managing supplies, and coordinating with MSC departments. The role includes training staff, handling administrative tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting events and decor arrangements.

• Graduate of any four year course
• At least 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
• TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Housekeeping Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training
• First aid training or other health-related certifications may be a plus
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping tasks if necessary
