Cold Caller (Full-Time) – 40 Hours per Week

Starting Salary: Php 20,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospects
• Create call scripts and sales processes effectively
• Qualify leads and set appointments
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions using CRM tools
• Handle objections and follow up with interested prospects
• Collaborate with the team to refine call strategies and improve results
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling or telesales
• Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt to various industries and business types
• Strong English proficiency
