Descrição:
- Create billing statements (Statements of Account or SOA) for regular and benefits loans.
- Send out monthly payment schedules and past dues to borrowers.
- Work with branches to send reports and help plan future collections.
- Handle special fund transfers and refund requests.
- Manage collections and refunds for POS salary deductions semi-monthly.
- Request official receipts for POS payments.
- Record payments accurately in the system.
- Keep payment records up to date, including account aging reports.
- Handle requests to transfer or cancel loans.
- Check unpaid balances to see if a borrower can renew their loan.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in billing, collection, or financial reporting is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proactive, reliable, organized, and pays attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/collection systems.
