Descrição:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order status.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and track interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teams to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible remote options, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
