Descrição:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information and issue resolution.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve evening or weekend shifts.
