Descrição:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster a customer-centric environment.
  • Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain CRM records.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years in a customer service role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, may require evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable under pressure.
