  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

  • Empathize with customers and provide solutions to enhance their experience.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
  • Working Conditions: Call center environment with potential for Dayshift Scheduled.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers.
