Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center environments preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong call handling abilities, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for remote work; may require handling multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathetic attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
