Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, providing technical support, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

Upon hire:

Earn up to 24,500 salary package + complexity allowance + rice allowance

Job Requirements:

• SHS GRADUATE (new curriculum) / COLLEGE GRADUATE OR UNDERGRADUATE
• With at least 6mos Financial Background BPO Experience (Local or International)
• or with 1 year Customer Facing Experience (cashier / service crew / sales staff / etc.)
• With or without BPO Experience
• Must be willing to WORK ON SITE with SHIFTING SCHEDULE
