  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly handling incoming inquiries and resolving issues, focusing on resolving matters during the first contact.
  • Identify and address any additional customer needs while ensuring a polite and professional demeanor.

Requisito

  • College undergrad and/or bachelor’s degree holder (any course).
  • At least 6 months of BPO/CSR voice experience.
  • Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work onsite in either Quezon City or Taguig City.
  • Work schedule: Graveyard / Night shift.
