  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product information and troubleshoot issues.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work, and may require shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
