Descrição:
- We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Alabang site.
- The role involves assisting US-based clients with inquiries and transactions, particularly in the mortgage and financial services industry.
- Competitive salary awaits qualified candidates.
- Experience as a Mortgage Associate, Processor, or CSR in US mortgage (Originations, Servicing, Default, etc.) preferred
- 1-3 yr working experience
- Background in banking, loans, collections, insurance, or other US financial accounts is an advantage
- Strong phone and customer interaction skills required
- Willing to undergo virtual interview and assessment
