  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, strong customer service orientation, and call center operations.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; may involve shift work.
