Descrição:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide solutions and support for customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in handling customer inquiries.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment; may include shifts or weekend hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
