- Handle incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, and ability to manage calls efficiently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain service standards.
- Working Conditions: Standard office hours, mainly desk-based with computer and phone usage.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
