- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
- Experience Level: 6 months in BPO
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language and customer service practices
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Salesforce and call centre operations
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and people skills with a customer-first attitude
- Experience Level: Understanding of sales pipeline processes is a plus
