Descrição:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in Spanish.
- Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and updates.
- Achieve performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.
Requisito
- Completed at least 2nd year of college (no back subjects)
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
- Conversational Spanish communication skills (verbal and written)
