The Customer Service Representative for the Healthcare Account is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with appointment scheduling, medical inquiries, and account support. The role involves managing patient records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and healthcare guidelines. CSRs are expected to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.

Requisito

  • At least high school graduate
  • With or Without Experience | Healthcare account experience is a plus. 
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig / Pasig
