Descrição:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team for a healthcare account in a pure international voice environment. As a CSR, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, addressing inquiries related to medical claims, billing, benefits, authorizations, and general healthcare services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of healthcare-related processes, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requisito

  • At least high school graduate
  • With or Without Experience | Healthcare account experience is a plus. 
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
