Descrição:

  • Supervise and lead the Employee Relations team in addressing workplace issues and employee concerns.
  • Conduct investigations into complaints, grievances, and allegations of policy violations, harassment, or misconduct.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on best practices for performance management, discipline, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in the application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as needed regarding complex employment matters.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions, programs, and policies that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Facilitate training sessions on conflict resolution, workplace behavior, and compliance.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requisito

  • Job Title: Employee Relations
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations skills, excellent verbal and written communication, process management, and coaching.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work; standard hours with possible overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, coaching abilities, and proficiency in computer applications.
