Descrição:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain front desk appearance and manage filing systems.
- Handle guests' requests and complaints with professionalism.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requisito
- Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, Help Desk support, data analysis, written communication, data entry, time management, and scheduling.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, maintain records, and assist with scheduling.
- Working Conditions: Standard office setting with possible varying hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
