Descrição:

Responsible for managing and implementing all HR-related functions for the restaurant, in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. This role supports the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management to training and government compliance. The HR Manager ensures a productive, legally compliant, and people-centered workplace culture across all restaurant operations.


1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage full recruitment process for all restaurant positions (Wine Associate, supervisors, admin roles, etc).
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain 201 files and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Prepare employment contracts, disciplinary memos, and other official documents.
  • Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and probationary evaluations.

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and grievances while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
  • Conduct investigations and facilitate due process in disciplinary cases.
  • Promote employee engagement and a healthy work environment.

4. Labor Law Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and related government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Keep HR policies updated in line with legal updates and industry trends.
  • Represent the company in DOLE inspections or hearings when necessary.

5. Timekeeping, Payroll & Benefits

  • Oversee daily timekeeping and attendance reports.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Accounting for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Handle government contributions, loan applications, and benefits administration.

6. Performance Management & Training

  • Lead performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting KPIs and employee development goals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skills development programs.
  • Facilitate coaching, mentoring, or succession planning as needed.

Requisito

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Experience handling employee discipline and labor-related cases.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or timekeeping software.


WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS:

  • Full-time, on-site role; may require occasional weekend or evening availability depending on operations needs; 5 days work week compressed hours 9am-7pm
  • Will report directly to the top management and collaborate closely with all restaurant departments.
