Descrição:

An HR Manager in a security agency handles all human resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding of security personnel, managing employee relations and grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws and agency-specific regulations, developing training programs for guards, overseeing payroll and benefits, conducting performance reviews, and providing strategic support for workforce management. They also play a key role in managing security clearances and background checks for new hires and maintaining employee records.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any related in Human Resources
  • Excellent in communication and written skills
  • Good in interpersonal and collaboration
  • Proficient in computer skills and some applications
  • Proactive in solutions and goal oriented
  • 5-7 years experience required for this position in a Security Agency or Manpower Agency as an HR Manager
  • Can start ASAP after the hiring process
  • Willing to work and report in Makati
  • No to province applicants
