Descrição:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives.
- Facilitate employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Manage employee onboarding, support HR programs, assist in conflict resolution, and maintain records.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within diverse industries.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, strong employee relations skills, knowledge of compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Working Conditions: Work primarily in an office setting with standard office hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive, and a team player.
