Descrição:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records and compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee onboarding, support HR programs, assist in conflict resolution, and maintain records.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within diverse industries.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, strong employee relations skills, knowledge of compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
  • Working Conditions: Work primarily in an office setting with standard office hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive, and a team player.
