Descrição:

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage Compensation & Benefits, Admin, and Employee Relations
  • Assist in end-to-end Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Oversee attendance monitoring, leave credits and usage on a daily basis
  • Coordinate payroll preparation and timely submission with our accountant
  • Handle government compliance (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR, etc.) including external coordination with occasional fieldwork
  • Support employee engagement programs, events, and workplace culture initiatives
  • Manage and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents
  • Foster a positive work culture by supporting employee engagement and disciplinary processes
  • Help build and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Ensure a smooth and compliant office operation, including supplies management and reporting to the General Manager
  • Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., DOLE) and HMO providers for employee matters

Requisito

What You Bring:

  • At least 2–5 years of experience in HR or admin work (any industry)
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Strong skills in organization, multitasking, and problem-solving
  • Great communicator who’s people-focused yet process-driven
  • A solid grasp of Philippine labor laws, statutory processes and HR best practices
