Descrição:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs
Oversee employee relations, investigate and resolve employee concerns or complaints
Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Conduct HR orientations, trainings, and exit interviews
Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, memos, warnings, etc.)
Support organizational changes and improve HR processes
Liaise with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.) for statutory requirements
Participate in audits and prepare HR reports as needed

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
Must be willing to work onsite
