Descrição:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and applicant screening.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with HR software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude.
