Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, assist with payroll, and implement benefits programs.
Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
Facilitate employee engagement and wellness programs.
Address employee inquiries and provide HR guidance.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and employee relations skills, proficiency in payroll and compensation management, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Computer savy
Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours, potential for overtime during peak recruitment periods.
