We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & L&D Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead employee development programs. The role focuses on attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and driving learning initiatives to boost performance and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Enhance employer branding through creative initiatives and candidate experience.


Learning & Development:

  • Assess training needs and develop learning interventions aligned with business goals.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee development plans to support career growth.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.


General HR Support:

  • Assist in employee engagement programs and HR projects as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of combined experience in recruitment and training/L&D.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
