Descrição:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, recruiting, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, assist in employee training, and support HR planning activities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, computer literacy, leadership potential, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • With Valid Passport
  • Willing to work in Qatar
