  • Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee training and development initiatives
  • Help in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters
  • Participate in performance management processes
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with a collaborative team.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
