  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot network problems and connectivity issues
  • Assist users with system setup, installations, and configurations
  • Document support requests and resolutions
  • Maintain IT inventory and equipment
  • Collaborate with other IT staff for escalated issues

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on technical support experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person, document solutions, maintain IT inventory.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional on-site support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, patience, and a team player.
