Descrição:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and finance teams.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Prepare financial statements, ensure compliance, handle billing, and improve processes.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in an accounting role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Audit, Reconciliations, General Ledger, and QuickBooks.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical hours, occasional tight deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills.
