  • Posting of payments
  • Countering and filing of billing documents
  • Handling bank-related transactions (e.g., deposits, transfers, validation)
  • Ensuring all Purchase Orders (POs) are invoiced and properly countered
  • Following up with clients for pending payments or concerns
  • Creating and sending Statement of Account (SOA)
  • Submitting end-of-the-day reports to general manager

Requisito

  • College graduate of any course
  • 20 years old and above
  • With at least 6 months of experience in a similar position
  • Positive attitude
Computador LiteradoKnowledgeable in QBOWith good communication
