Descrição:
- Process, renew, and monitor business permits, licenses, and regulatory clearances related to aviation fuel operations
- Liaise with government bodies such as the Department of Energy (DOE), Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), LGUs, and other relevant agencies
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation for compliance, including fuel storage, transport, and safety certifications
- Maintain organized records of all permits, applications, and correspondence
- Conduct field visits and represent the company in regulatory meetings or inspections
- Advise management on regulatory updates, risks, and strategic compliance opportunities
Requisito
- Experience in handling government permits, preferably in energy, fuel, or aviation-related industries
- Familiarity with DOE, CAAP, EMB, and LGU processes and requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, capable of working independently, and able to thrive under pressure
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed
- Background in public administration, legal studies, or regulatory affairs is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
