- Loan Application Review: Assess incoming loan applications for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Document Verification: Collect, organize, and verify borrower documentation, including income, credit, and asset details.
- Client & Lender Coordination: Communicate with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to gather missing information and ensure timely approvals.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all loan files meet regulatory requirements and adhere to company policies.
- Pipeline Management: Track and update loan application statuses in the CRM or loan management system.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve potential discrepancies or delays during the processing cycle.
- Reporting: Prepare updates on loan statuses and performance metrics for management review.
- Preferably college graduates, but undergrad are welcome to apply if they have proven experience in US Mortgage.
- At least 2 years of experience handling US Mortgage accounts in a BPO/outsourcing or related setting
- Preferably with prior Originations Processing experience (Purchase Processing and/or Refinance Processing)
- Candidates with experience as Mortgage Associates, Processors, or Customer Service Representatives in any US mortgage area (Originations, Servicing, Default, etc.) are also encouraged to apply, especially those with strong phone/customer interaction experience
- Must be willing to work onsite, Night Shift (Alabang Town Center, 3F BPO Seats/Metro Department Store)
