Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assists in creating and implementing loan consultants' recruitment strategies.
  2. Assists in designing training programs and crafting incentive schemes for sales partners.
  3. Supports the Trade Relations Manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
  4. Creates a developmental plan for the Trade Relations Associates and oversees their overall performance.
  5. In-charge of acquiring and managing corporate partnerships.
  6. Plans and executes advertising and promotional campaigns related to trade for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.).
  7. Liaises with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
  8. Helps maintain the relationship with the acquired corporate partners by answering their queries.
  9. Performs other related tasks that the management may require them to handle.

Specifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree related to the position
  • Work Experience: 2–3 years of account management and B2B coordination

  • Management/Leadership: Proven ability to lead and supervise teams in the financial industry, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance. Skilled in motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
  • Functional: Process-oriented, organized, strategic decision-making skills
  • Personal: Presentable and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
