Descrição:

The Medical Virtual Assistant - Scheduler is responsible for the delivery of services or projects as contracted by the Client. The services or projects include scheduling and calendar management, verification of insurance coverage and benefits, dealing with correspondences.

Requisito

  • Graduate of any Medical Allied Course
  • Experience in a customer service field in the BPO industry
  • Has basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work US hours-graveyard shift
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical, organized, and systematic
  • Process oriented and follow strict timelines  Able to work with very minimal supervision  Must be a good team player  Must be willing to work on-site (McKinley West, Taguig)
