We are looking for NZ Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team!

Job Type: Full-time

Work schedule: Dayshift | Weekends-off

Equipment: Self-provided

• Conduct virtual property tours, coordinate showings, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding process.
• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors
• Preparing and sending lease agreements and other property-related documents
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop prospecting strategies.
• Utilize various channels, including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to generate leads and expand the client base
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating property listings, updating the company website, and managing social media accounts

• Must have New Zealand Real Estate experience
• Experience with property management software
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
